Please note that these are spontaneous unedited responses from clinicians whom actively use the ATM Concept and ATM2 systems in their respective clinics. None of these clinical educators received any compensation for their endorsement. (The ATM2 was formerly called the PR3000T and Pelvic Restrainer).

We have been using the ATM2 for several now and have seen some very good results. One of the more unique features about this type of intervention unlike any other is the fact that you can treat in a standing position which proves to be beneficial in terms of carryover.

Anyone using the clinical prediction rule developed by Dr. John Childs et al. for spinal manipulation for the use in low back pain patients will love this unit. Typically, the manipulation modulates the pain and improves the movement impairment 50-60 % immediately.

I then take them over to the ATM2 and perform 30 repetitions of spinal flexion or extension depending on patient presentation, which typically resolves almost all of the patients' pain.

If there is one piece of equipment that one needs in their arsenal to treat spine related pain it would be the ATM2.
