Last month I attended a PMR Seminar and learned about the ATM Rehabilitation
Program.  I have had almost a year of constant motion pain in my lumbar spine.
I was taking strong pain and anti-inflammatory medications.  My lumbar spinal
stenosis and DDD and scoliosis was diagnosed in 2001.  I first experienced
periodic episodes of pain.  More recently, I began having constant pain this past year.
I tried all types of treatments without any successful results.  I even cut my practice
in half and went to 3 days of care per week.  I have been in full time practice for 25
years and did not want to give up that which I enjoy.  I was at the seminar and had
taken medication for my back pain that morning.  It was a very painful day as I had
to sit for 6-7 hours.  By 3PM my back pain was severe.  Thankfully, I was asked to
be the patient on the ATM.  After just 10 Repetitions of Flextion isometric exercises I
sat and noticed a relief within minutes.  I was amazed that my back pain was 80% better.
I was pain free for the next 6 days.  I ordered an ATM unit that week.  I have since had
great results with my patients with motion dysfunction and chronic back pain.
It’s nice to know I can put on my socks and bend over with out pain on a daily basis.

Thank you Steve Hoffman for your dedication.  It has allowed me to continue my practice
as a Chiropractor; a profession which I love and to help the patients which
need healing.
